Acumatica Summit 2020: Innovating for 2020

Standing onstage at the Chelsea Theater in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for the first day of Acumatica Summit 2020, CEO Jon Roskill addressed nearly 2,300 attendees.

Throughout 2019, Acumatica received multiple awards, including PCMag Editor’s Choice Award for Best ERP Software, an “Excellent” rating, and 4.5-out-of-five stars. Acumatica set the standard for usability in the market, according to Nucleus Research’s ERP Technology Value Matrix 2019, and saw many positive customer reviews on G2.

Acumatica keeps pace of innovation with latest product release

The theme for Day Two was digital transformation through innovation, how technology makes it possible, and why Acumatica believes a connected business requires more than technology alone.

An overview of the upcoming new product features

  • Utilize AI/ML to simplify your experience: Use your mobile camera to create expense receipts
  • Record travel and break time while on service calls
  • Attach captured images to Acumatica data records while on the go
  • Simplified reporting: Improved performance via dashboard caching, pivot table percentage calculations, and distinct counts
  • Provide omnichannel sales via BigCommerce integration: Interact with customers and deliver seamless integration of sales, delivery, and support for B2B and B2Cmodels
  • Expand sales and speed warehouse operations: Matrix inventory quickly generates, tracks, and manages related items. WMS includes wave and batch picking for rapid fulfilment
  • Manage more projects with improved project management tools
  • Advanced planning features capable-to-promise and what-if scenarios
  • Another announcement during Day Two was the free, 30-day trial of the Adobe Sign Enterprise Edition for all customers,, and the introduction of Adobe PDF as a service. With the Adobe Document Cloud integration, users can view and edit PDFs within their Acumatica system—without having to navigate to a new window.
